Return Process

Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure your items are disassembled and securely packed in their original packaging to guarantee safe transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Schedule the Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to pick up the items directly from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items at our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
